BESPOKE RIDE (45 minutes)
High Intensity, more complex choreography combined with upper body and core work
BESPOKE NOON RIDE (30/45 minutes)
This hybrid 30/45 minutes ride is guaranteed to provide you with the same high-intensity interval training as the BESPOKE Ride, only shorter, harder, and faster so you can still have lunch or make that meeting. This signature ride is designed for you, the urban professional on the go. You can leave at the 30 minutes or stay for 45 if your schedule allows you.

Long progressive workout, steady-state flats, and intervals will empower your body and mind

BOOTY RIDE (60 minutes)
This isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s a 60-minute endurance class guaranteed to get your glutes fired up and your heart racing. We start with 15 minutes of pure squats and lunges off the bike, then clip on the bike for 45 minutes of booty-burning sprints designed to enhance your best asset. It’s a two-in-one full-body workout that’ll leave you sweating hard, rocking out, and begging for more.
