POWER HOUR              (60m)   Long progressive workout, steady-state flats, and intervals will empower your body and mind

BOOTY RIDE                 (60m)  This isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s a 60-minute endurance class guaranteed to get your glutes fired up and your heart racing. We start with 15 minutes of pure squats and lunges off the bike, then clip on the bike for 45 minutes of booty-burning sprints designed to enhance your best asset. It’s a two-in-one full body workout that’ll leave you sweating hard, rocking out, and begging for more.
